AXT Turbo system to suit the worldwide 5Le 3.0Ltr Diesel Hilux.

STANDARD TURBO KIT
In order to provide maximum durability under heavy load conditions, the standard system features:

-Custom Flow exhaust manifold
-Mandrel bend exhaust pipe, bolting to stock system
-Braided stainless steel, Teflon lined water and oil lines
-Stainless steel hardware (clamps, studs etc.)
-Custom built turbo charger
-Cast alloy air ducts

The turbocharger used in this system is a customised Garrett water-cooled unit, designed to specifically match a standard 5L-E engine, without any modifications.

The graphs below give an indicative figure of the torque and power difference between naturally aspirated and with the AXT Turbo system fitted.

Turbo Kits available to suit all Hilux models with the 5L-E engine:

This kit also includes the custom AXT Turbo Engine Controller
for optimum turbo tuning with the electronic diesel injector pump.
This means that there are no physical modifications required to the pump,
for successful tuning.
